To fix the errors please do the following:

1.Download Registry update from registryupdate.net
2.Install Registry Update
3.Run Registry Update
4.Reboot your computer

Awesome job to all of you, i cant even select a best answer , you all hit it on the nose, dissabling the messenger thing and the spybot search found a couple things that my spyware and virus program didnt find, so i really dont want to select a best answer cuz it only lets me select one, but you all are the best answer, thank you very much for all your help to all of you!!!

Whats happening is that there is a spyware or vulnerability that is using your Messenger Service so that you will download there software.

Hi all you need to do is disable the messenger service and perform Windows Update

To Disable Messenger Service

Click on Start
CLick on Run
Type services.msc
Click on OK
Look For Messenger
Double Left Click on it
Change the Startup Type from Automatic to Disabled
The Press Apply
Then Press Stop
Click on OK
Restart the Computer

— it should not be popping up anymore but in order to prevent this perform Windows Update. I assume you don’t have SP2 yet

Kindly go to

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Choose Express install

It will work, I assure you..
